Bookkeeping, taxes and payroll that run themselves
Taxora connects to your bank and your e-invoicing, keeps the books, prepares every report and tells you exactly what to do with it.
Four countries, one account
Each company is served by the contour of its own country, and its data stays there. You still see every company on one screen.
What the service does
Keeps the books
Bank statements, cash registers and invoices arrive automatically. Every posting carries a plain-language explanation you can open down to the source document.
Prepares and files reports
Amounts are computed by a deterministic rules engine with a link to the legal provision, never guessed by a model. Nothing is filed before every validator passes.
Runs payroll and HR
Hiring, leave, sick days and dismissals, with the orders and contracts generated and the statutory registrations filed on time.
Produces legal documents
Contracts, corporate decisions, powers of attorney and answers to authority requests, each with a card telling you who signs, where to submit and by when.
How it works
- 01
Connect the company
Enter the tax number, confirm a few details with buttons and connect your bank and e-invoicing. About fifteen minutes.
- 02
The service takes over
Data is pulled in, operations are classified, deadlines are tracked. Anything unclear becomes a question with ready answer options.
- 03
You confirm
A summary, the difference from last period and the reasoning behind every figure. One action to confirm and sign.
You choose how reports are filed
Confirmation mode
The default. The service prepares the report and validates it; you review the summary and sign with your own signature.
Autopilot
Filing runs without you, under a power of attorney and your explicit consent. It falls back to confirmation whenever a rule changed, a validator failed or confidence dropped.
What it costs
Prices for this country appear at launch.
The price depends on the country and the size of the business. Your partner names the exact price within the corridor the platform publishes.
Built to be checked
Every figure traces back to the rule and the primary source it came from. Every decision is written to an append-only log. Personal data never leaves the country of registration.
